By clicking the Accept button, downloading or accessing our games, applications, websites and other services (collectively, the "Games"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"), which set out the terms and conditions that GuangzhouZhenzhouTechnology Co., Ltd. provides you with for your use and enjoyment of the Games on behalf of yourself or all other persons who may use the Games under your account.
If you do not agree to be bound by the Terms, you must not click the Accept button or download or access our Games.
1. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify, add or remove these Terms (or portions thereof) to comply with changes in legal requirements, or to reflect changes in best practices or to address additional features that we release. If we make any material changes, we will notify you within a reasonable time by prominently posting a notice on our website or within the Games.
Your continued use of our Games after being notified of such changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes. You will not be permitted to continue to use the Games and should uninstall the relevant Games if you do not accept the notified changes.
2. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for any reasonable expenses or losses incurred by GuangzhouZhenzhouTechnology Co., Ltd. as a result of a claim brought by a third party; (i) your use of the Game, (ii) your User Content, or (iii) your violation of the Terms and applicable laws.
3. Ownership and License of the Game
The Game provided to you is licensed to you, not sold. We (and our licensors, as applicable) own and retain all rights (including, without limitation, copyrights, trademarks, trade dress, patents and other intellectual property rights worldwide and other applicable laws, rules or regulations), title and interest in and to all data and content published, generated, provided or otherwise made available in or through the Game. Except as expressly permitted by the Terms, you do not own intellectual property rights in or relating to the Game.
Subject to your compliance with the Terms, you are entitled to download copies of the Game to; (i) your devices and view, use and display the Game on such devices for your personal use, (ii) for the purpose of downloading, installing and executing the number of copies authorized by the Download Site for each Game on mobile devices owned or controlled by you, and (iii) to receive and use any free supplemental updates to the Game that we make available to you.
For the avoidance of doubt, you hereby agree that you shall;
a) refrain from using the Game for purposes other than personal use, including but not limited to (i) playing the Game in a commercial establishment; (ii) using the Game for any e-sports or team competition without the consent of GuangzhouZhenzhouTechnology Co., Ltd.; (iii) using the Game for any commercial purpose.
b) not license, sell, rent, lease, transfer, assign, distribute, host or otherwise commercially exploit the Game.
c) not modify, translate, adapt, merge, create derivative works, disassemble, decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise disassemble any part of the Game.
d) refrain from accessing the Game for the purpose of building similar or competing services or applications.
e) You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish any part of the Game.
f) Comply with all relevant laws, including but not limited to import and export regulations applicable to the technology used in your use of the Game.
4. Third-party service terms
We may also use third-party applications (such as leaderboards or game networks) to provide content in the Game ("Third-party Services"). If the Game contains these features or content, the terms and policies of the corresponding third party apply to these features, including their privacy policy.
5. Preliminary conditions for using the Game
To use our Game, you must; (i) be at least 13 years old, and if you are at least 13 years old but under 18 years old, you agree that your parents or legal guardians have read and agreed to these terms and you can enter into a binding contract with GuangzhouZhenzhouTechnology Co., Ltd., and (ii) meet all conditions foreseen in applicable laws and comply with relevant regulations, and (iii) have not been previously banned from playing any of our games (unless we have lifted that ban).
6. Feedback
If you provide us any suggestions or feedback related to the Game or other future games or content ("Feedback") through any medium, including upon request through a feature or directly or through the App Store, we will be free to use that Feedback without restriction and without any compensation to you or any third party. You agree that we have no obligation to maintain confidentiality, acknowledge you, or otherwise provide credit for any Feedback you provide, even if you state such restrictions in your submission.
